Overview

Castile Christian Academy

Nestled in the rolling hills of Wyoming County New York, Castile Christian Academy began in 1994 with twenty-two students. Located on the campus of Elohim Bible Institute, Castile Christian Academy’s inception was a response to the lack of a Christian K-12 school in Wyoming and neighboring Allegany County. Elohim Bible Institute had, for many years, provided a Biblical education for adults seeking to enter vocational Christian ministry. As the demand for adult education waned, the desire and need grew for a local Christian school with a strong emphasis on academics and patriotic citizenship within a biblical worldview.

The faculty and staff at Castile Christian Academy view their classroom responsibilities both as a ministry and a mission field. Staff are encouraged to minister holistically to each individual student. Spiritual life and growth of students is emphasized in tandem with academic rigor and progress. Daily Bible classes, weekly school-wide chapel and biblical principles integrated into every subject all combine to achieve this goal.

Castile Christian Academy uses the A Beka curriculum. The academy is able, through use of A Beka’s quality dvd program, to offer a traditional range of upper-level math, language and science classes. All grade levels receive quality instruction from master teachers as well as individualized attention from the on-site teacher.

Castile Christian Academy seeks to teach and train students to know Jesus Christ, master academic subjects and be productive citizens of our nation. We look forward to many more years of equipping students with an excellent academic foundation within a biblical worldview.
